Greetings! I’m Jaun Paul Fairclough, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with over 10 years of experience in special education. I’m specially trained to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I provide in-home or school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. I specialize in language, social skills, as well as the reduction of challenging behaviors for children ages 2-12.

For the past 17 years, Mrs. Anisha Staton has been following her biggest passion, working with youth, young adults and their families. She is a native of Alaska and currently resides in South Florida. Mrs. Staton holds a Master of Arts in special education and applied behavior analysis, as well as a Florida teaching certificate in Exceptional Student Education (ESE). Anisha has worked with many different clientele of all ages including, individuals with autism spectrum disorder, persons with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral/conduct disorders, youth who are survivors of domestic violence, abuse and other trauma. Over the years, she has worked in many different capacities in the field, such as, clinic setting, in home services, the foster care system, mental health services, and various types of educational settings. Her goals when working with children and their families is to work as a team to help provide an avenue to improve overall functioning, release their true potential and increase quality of life for each person she meets. As a wife and a mother, her herself, it guides her approach to be compassionate, relatable and realistic when working with children and their caregivers.

Martha Xu

Martha has been working in the ABA field since 2018. Mrs. Xu completed medical school in China in 1999, and then went on to obtain her Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Florida Tech earning the title Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021. Martha specializes in creating personalized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder, as well as parent training. Martha enjoys being a Sunday School teacher and has followed that passion for 10 years. This is what made a profound impact on her to begin her career in ABA, transitioning from a career as a cancer researcher to making helping improve the lives of her clients and their caregivers.
