Martha has been working in the ABA field since 2018. Mrs. Xu completed medical school in China in 1999, and then went on to obtain her Master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Florida Tech earning the title Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021. Martha specializes increating personalized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder as well as parent training. Martha enjoys being a Sunday school teacher and has been for over 10 years, making this the profound base of her career, helping her to transition from a cancer researcher to a Behavior Therapist. Martha has a strong passion for training all children on the spectrum and desires to help children and families strive for success in their every day lives.
