Step 2

Pre-authorization process: Provide documentation of diagnosis and/or referral for ABA from appropriate medical professional including pediatrician, psychologist, psychiatrist or neurologist

Step 3

Pre-authorization approved: Once this is approved assessment can begin

Step 4

Assessment completion from BCBA- Assessment includes intake meeting with caregivers, observations of client, direct assessment tools with client assessment needs, treatment plan preparation with recommendations of interventions

Step 5

Services approved + Matched with RBT = ABA therapy can begin
