RBTs work directly with children and adults with autism, implementing personalized ABA therapy plans under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day to day, this means running structured therapy sessions, collecting behavioral data, and consistently following individualized treatment plans. The role requires focus, patience, and the ability to adapt in real time to each client's needs. You'll be working in homes, schools, and clinical settings; no two days look exactly alike. If you thrive in a hands-on, people-first environment, this work is deeply rewarding.

ABA therapy is one of the most evidence-based, research-backed approaches to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Fairaba offers our 40-hour RBT training program completely free of charge but it’s reserved for candidates who have demonstrated the qualities and baseline experience we look for in our team. If you’re selected, you’ll receive structured training that prepares you for the RBT competency assessment and sets you up for success in the role.

What experience do I need to apply?

Does FBS provide training?

Most candidates complete the process within 4–6 weeks. This includes the 40-hour training, a competency assessment with a qualified supervisor, and passing the BACB’s RBT exam.
