Care That’s Rooted in Compassion. Driven by Expertise.
At Fairclough Behavior Services, we provide support that evolves with every stage of life, from early childhood through adolescence and into adulthood.
Families choose us because we understand that needs change over time. What a child needs in their early years looks different from the support a teenager or adult may require, and our team is equipped to guide that journey with care, consistency, and expertise.
We take a relationship-first approach, creating personalized therapy plans that honor each individual’s pace, personality, and goals. Whether it’s building foundational skills, navigating life transitions, or strengthening independence, we’re here to provide support that grows alongside you.
ABA therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is our approach.
Every program is thoughtfully designed around the individual. We consider strengths, challenges, communication styles, and goals to create therapy that feels relevant and effective at every stage of life.
Our strategies are grounded in proven ABA practices, focused on building meaningful skills that support independence, communication, emotional regulation, and everyday success.
We lead with empathy, patience, and trust. By building strong connections with our clients and their families, we create a safe and supportive environment where real progress can happen.
Hello, I’m Jaun Paul (JP) Fairclough, Founder & CEO of Fairclough Behavior Services and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I have over 10 years of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities, working closely with families in home and school settings to create meaningful, lasting progress.
At Fairclough Behavior Services, I provide in-home and school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, with a focus on developing communication, strengthening social skills, and reducing challenging behaviors. My goal is to create a supportive, structured environment where each individual feels understood, encouraged, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
I specialize in working with children ages 2–12, helping them build foundational skills that support greater independence and confidence. I believe that consistency, patience, and trust are key and that even the smallest steps forward can lead to lasting change.
As the founder of Fairclough Behavior Services, my vision is to create a space where families feel supported and individuals receive care that is both compassionate and effective. At the core of my work is a simple belief: individuals with autism deserve to be supported in a way that honors who they are while helping them reach their full potential.
Our team is made up of dedicated BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists who are passionate about making a difference across all stages of life.
Families come to Fairclough Behavior Services looking for guidance, support, and clarity, because they feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
We believe meaningful progress starts with connection. That’s why we take the time to understand each individual and build relationships rooted in trust, consistency, and compassion.
Our approach is both structured and supportive:
We celebrate the small wins, support families through challenges, and remain committed through every stage of the journey. Because this work is more than therapy, it’s about helping individuals live fuller, more independent lives.
Choosing the right care team is an important step, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re seeking support for a child, teenager, or adult, our team is here to walk alongside you with care, intention, and expertise.
